Each Saturday, join The Tavern at Heathman’s executive chef Andrew Shedden for a walking tour of the PSU Farmers Market. You’ll get tips for picking out the best produce, meet some of chef’s favorite vendors, and learn how to make one of his favorite dishes. This week’s recipe is: blistered padrons with preserved lemon yogurt!
Guests are invited to gather in The Library for complimentary coffee, where at 10:00 am sharp chef will begin the short walk to the market.
