Each Saturday, join The Tavern at Heathman’s executive chef Andrew Shedden for a walking tour of the PSU Farmers Market. You’ll get tips for picking out the best produce, meet some of chef’s favorite vendors, and learn how to make one of his favorite dishes. This week’s recipe is: summer beet salad!

Guests are invited to gather at The Tavern for complimentary coffee, where at 10:00 am sharp chef will begin the short walk to the market.
