Floral Rodeo with Tulip Cowboy

Local floral studio Tulip Cowboy has been making a splash all across Portland with their botanical installations. Get a closer look at founder Emma Strgar’s vision at Floral Rodeo, a highly-curated make-your-own floral arrangement pop-up experience! Hosted in Heathman’s beautiful Library, attendees of The Floral Rodeo will have a chance to work side-by-side with Strgar, and will leave with a custom arrangement and vase of their very own.
