Portland Mercury and Jim Bean are partnering with The Tavern along with other bars and restaurants through PDX to bring you Highball Week. The Tavern special highball is called the “Pineapple Sweet tart” and it contains Jim Beam, Pineapple Szechuan cordial, lime, orgeat, topped with ginger beer, garnished with a pineapple chunk and a mint leaf. Get ready for 7 days of specially crafted original cocktails all day long, and they’re only $8 each!
