Where are you located?

We are located at 1001 SW Broadway in the heart of downtown Portland, two blocks away from Pioneer Courthouse Square.

What types of public transportation are available?

The MAX light rail (red line) goes from the airport to the Pioneer Courthouse Square stop (a 45-minute ride, for $2.50); it’s then a four-minute walk to our property. Uber is another option ($22-28), or you’ll find cabs outside the baggage claim area (approx. $38-$50); it’s typically a 25-minute ride to the airport.

Can I check out late?

We try to accommodate late check-out requests when we can – late check-out availability is dependent on the number of check ins we have scheduled for that day. To request a late check out, call or stop by the front desk on the evening before your departure or in the morning on the date you are scheduled to depart. We’ll do our best.

What is required to check in?

A credit card is required for all arriving reservations. Please note a hold will be placed on the card upon check in for the total amount of room, tax and anticipated incidentals (an additional $75 per day).

Is there valet parking?

Yes, valet parking is available for $50 per day with unlimited in-and-out privileges. Our parking garage is equipped with Tesla charging stations.

Where can I work out?

Our fitness center is on our second floor and open 24 hours a day with room key access.

Where can we print our boarding passes?

Please come downstairs and our Personal Concierge would be more than happy to assist.

Is there any way to do laundry?

We don’t have self-service laundry facilities, but we do offer same-day dry cleaning and laundry service. Laundry bags and forms can be found in your closet. Drop your laundry at the front desk by 9 a.m., and you’ll have it back by 6 p.m.

Can I bring my pet?

Of course! We have a whole range of pet amenities to welcome your companion, as well as pet room service and even a pet spiritual menu. Check out our amenities here. There is a surcharge of $45 per stay for pets.

Wi-Fi is always free at The Heathman Hotel. Cribs are available complimentary upon request and rollaway beds can be provided at additional charge.
